Rod Foster
Rod Foster, President of RSF Development, has over 34 years of experience in manufacturing and research. His experience includes various positions with Baxter Healthcare including Senior Manufacturing Director, Plant Manager for Medical Instrumentation, Director of Research and Development and Operations Manager. He also was VP of Operations for Kinark Corporation and held various positions with Procter and Gamble.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Masters of Management from Northwestern University.
Lloyd Hildebrand
Dr. Hildebrand, co-founder and President/CEO of Inoveon Corporation (www.inoveon.com), is an Associate Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Oklahoma/Dean McGee Eye Institute (www.dmei.org), with subspecialty practice in Ophthalmic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and an interest in telemedicine and medical information technology standards.
Hildebrand's vast experience in leading teams through research, validation, intellectual property protection, business planning, raising angel and venture capital and managing start-up and early-age companies makes him a true asset to young entrepreneurs.
Dr. Hildebrand received his undergraduate training at the University of Winnipeg and graduated from the University of Manitoba with a degree in medicine.
Adam Payne
Mr. Payne is CEO & President of Altheus Therapeutics, Inc, a pharmaceutical development company focused on the treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Mr. Payne has extensive experience in the life science management and many other industries. He served as General Director of Pro-Invest Consulting, an international management consulting company with over 70 consulting professionals covering more than 40 industries.
Mr. Payne has been the Head of PR & Marketing for Russia's largest financial institution and has worked extensively in emerging market institutional finance. Mr. Payne cut his management experience at Young & Rubicam where he managed a $60 million advertising budget and the entrance and brand programs of blue chip clients during the formation years of brands in the former USSR.
Mr. Payne is a co-founder partner of Alpha BioPartners, a life sciences management consulting firm, through which he advises Biolytx Pharmaceuticals on its drug development program and Riley Genomics on its specialty diagnostics business. Mr. Payne holds a registered investment advisors license series 65 and has an MBA from the Babson Graduate School of Business.
