Rod FosterRod Foster

Rod Foster, President of RSF Development, has over 34 years of experience in manufacturing and research. His experience includes various positions with Baxter Healthcare including Senior Manufacturing Director, Plant Manager for Medical Instrumentation, Director of Research and Development and Operations Manager. He also was VP of Operations for Kinark Corporation and held various positions with Procter and Gamble.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Masters of Management from Northwestern University.

William PaivaWilliam Paiva

William Paiva has 20 years of management consulting, biomedical, and venture capital experience.

Prior to joining Chisholm Private Capital, he was a management consultant at Pittiglio Rabin Todd & McGrath, which provided business strategy and operational process consulting services to large pharmaceutical companies. He previously worked as an investment banking associate at JP Morgan.

Ron YagodaRon Yagoda

Ron Yagoda is the Managing Member of DryAz Consulting, an investment banking consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, raising capital, mergers and acquisitions.

With 39 years experience as a professional investor and entrepreneur, Yagoda was the CEO of several successful "start ups" in the medical device industry, primarily in orthopedics. He spent over 20 years on Wall Street as a securities analyst, portfolio manager, mergers and acquisitions expert, NYSE member and venture capitalist.

He is graduate of OU and attended the OU Law school. He is on the OU Business School Advisory Board, The Bizzell Memorial Library Society, and Trustee of the Phoenix Art Museum.
