OU President David L. Boren and more than 80,000 football fans welcomed the CCEW fall 2006 internship class at the Nov. 11 OU-Texas Tech football game. The student interns, wearing CCEW jackets, were introduced on the field at The Gaylord Family – Oklahoma Memorial Stadium.

“My interest in economic development traces back to my experience in less developed countries like mine – Bolivia. I am thirsty for knowledge about the secret, if there is such, for economic growth and development. Innovation and entrepreneurship are the engines that make that growth possible. CCEW targets these issues and will help Oklahoma in fueling its ‘growth engine.’”
